The first step is to cut down the bracket so it will sit on the bumper support flush and not make the fog lights sit uneven in the valance. Here is a picture of the bracket we will be modifying, you will need two of these so grab both sides, they are bolted to the spring plate on the rear leaf. The brackets I used are modified Jeep Cherokee XJ (not the grand cherokee) rear sway bar brackets, my brackets came off a '96 4WD model with the DANA 35 rear axle (XJ's have come with the DANA 35, DANA 44, and Chrysler 8.25 in the rear) I can't say for certain if the sway bar brackets are exactly the same or not but the 35 was a very common option so they shouldn't be hard to find.
